JOURNEY TO WHOLENESS
The Journey to Wholeness meditation that I have developed builds upon the remarkable 6-Phase Meditation that was introduced by Vishen Lakhiani, the CEO of Mindvalley. This expanded version incorporates the six empowering steps from Vishen’s original framework, including Compassion, Gratitude, Forgiveness, Vision For Your Future, Mastering Your Day, and Blessing, along with four additional phases that I have found vital in my transformation journey. I believe all these steps are essential for daily alignment with our authentic selves and aspirations and for fostering a harmonious collective consciousness. I highly recommend this meditation as a daily ritual for my clients, and I find it particularly effective for group settings in companies and business corporations. Individual alignment enhances the overall organizational cohesion and success of the organization, thereby this meditation supports both personal and corporate objectives, and it brings the collective creative minds in teams into harmony.

Your Perfect Day: Building on the previous step, you envision your ideal day in alignment with your desired future. This practice helps harmonize your daily actions with your desired long-term outcomes, creating a clear vision for achieving personal fulfillment.
Cultivating Confidence: This step helps you cultivate a strong sense of self-assurance and trust
in your abilities, empowering you throughout your envisioned perfect day.
I Am Whole: This phase invites you to acknowledge your wholeness and perfection at your core, reminding you of your true self. This mindset aligns you with your essence and allows the universal energy of creation to fully support you on your life journey.
Envisioning Collective Future and Peace on Earth: This phase reminds you of your deep
connection to the universe and offers the opportunity to envision a harmonious and peaceful
world for all.
The Blessing of Love and Protection: You conclude the meditation by embracing the blessings of
abundant love, support, and protection for yourself and others, creating a shield of protective energy around you and your loved ones.
